Grooving Inserts
Grooving Inserts are specialised precision tools for turning, milling and cut-off machining, which can efficiently cut all kinds of grooves (e.g. backing grooves, oil grooves, sealing grooves, etc.) on the surface of the workpiece. They are made of super-hard material and precision cutting edge design, which is suitable for high precision grooving of difficult-to-machine materials such as metals and composites.


Deep Groove Inserts
Deep groove inserts are special cutting tools designed for deep and narrow groove machining. They are made of ultra-fine grain cemented carbide or CBN/ceramics, and through unique geometry and enhanced edge design, they can achieve stable and efficient deep groove turning, milling, and cutting operations, and they are especially good at dealing with the severe working conditions of the depth to diameter ratio ≥ 5:1.
